For some people, "support" is the most important aspect of a software purchase. The more sophisticated the software, the more important support is.
You should know up front that Synergyx is not sold by a huge international company -- it's just me (Paul Galloway) and a couple of programmers I've hired to help out.
I'm not trying to become the next hot "IPO", and I'm not trying to compete with the "big guys" and all their capital -- I'm just making a few bucks "on the side" -- and my reputation of honesty, integrity, and unparalleled customer service mean everything to me.
